Hands down the best car buying experience I've had! Becca was incredible. She was upfront, honest, and respected my wishes to prayerfully consider my next car purchase. I never felt rushed or pressured into a deal. Best sales person I have ever encountered. She was authentic and very responsive (even on her off days!). In fact, I purchased an SUV that I loved but unfortunately it was too small for me personally with my health condition. My back and legs needed more room for comfort. With that being said, I was able to work with Becca and Valley Chevrolet to trade it back in for a larger truck and they worked with me to get a fair deal. My experience was quite out of the ordinary but nonetheless, an absolutely amazing one. I'm from Louisiana and had been looking all over for the new 2024 Buick Envista. I finally found the one I wanted at Valley and made the call. I spoke with Fred who handled everything over the phone. This happened on a Thursday. They even agreed to meet me half way to shorten the almost 8 hour drive. By Friday around lunch time, I had taken possession of my new Envista!!!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car.
